BE CONFIDENT IN WORKING WITH THE ATHLETE STANDARD
-
AS supports serious athletes at every level, from developing athletes working towards higher levels of competition to established professional and elite athletes. The level of support is adapted to your goals, sport and individual needs.
-
We bring multiple areas of performance together through one connected system. Rather than receiving isolated advice from different practitioners, your performance, training, testing, nutrition, psychology and injury considerations can be viewed together.
-
No. The Athlete Standard is built around commitment, not simply the level you currently compete at. We work with athletes who are serious about improving and want a more structured, evidence-led approach to their performance.
-
Membership depends on the level of support you choose. This can include individualised S&C programming, Sports Science oversight, performance monitoring, testing, injury support, nutrition and psychology resources, and access to the wider 360 performance system.
-
Absolutely. The Athlete Standard is designed to work alongside your existing support network, not replace it. Where appropriate, we can communicate with coaches and other practitioners to create a more connected performance environment.
-
Not necessarily. Elements of AS support can be delivered remotely, while testing and certain services may require an in-person appointment. Your support will be structured around what can be delivered effectively for your location and requirements.
-
Yes. You don't need to become a 360 performance member to access our performance testing services. You can book individual tests or testing packages, receive your results and recommendations, and use the information with your existing coach or support team.
-
Start by completing an enquiry/application. We'll learn more about your sport, goals and current support before recommending the most appropriate service for you.
-
We'll first help identify the appropriate next step based on your situation. The Athlete Standard can provide an initial assessment and coordinate appropriate performance/rehabilitation support, while referring to qualified medical or healthcare professionals where required.
